Are you ready for a special treat?! I looooove this time of year and peppermint anything. Here's a yummy dairy free creamer that is made with yummy and healthy ingredients! Much better for you than store bought and only takes a few minutes to make.
Peppermint Mocha Creamer
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup almond milk or milk/cream of choice
2 T coco powder
3/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packets stevia
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or in a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Enjoy!!!!
