OH! MEE! GEEE! This is THE BEST Guacamole!!! I just had to share!!
The BEST Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 hass avocados
1/2 diced red onion
1 medium diced vine tomato
1 T chopped cilantro
1 glove minced garlic
1 T hot sauce (I use tabasco)
Juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Make sure that all veggies and herbs are chopped. Combine all in a large bowl and gently stir.
2. Add avocados after you take skin off and seed out. Add lime juice and hot sauce. Stir well. Note: Use back of the spoon you're using to stir guacamole with to crush up larger chunks of avocado.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with corn chips or raw veggies. Enjoy!!!

**note I don't always use cilantro and its still super yummy. This week I had extra so I threw it in.
