Crockpot Spinach Lasagna

Omg! Who knew you could make lasagna in your crock pot?! Not this girl!!!  

When I tell you you NEED to make this I'm not kidding! Soooo easy and so yummy!!!



Crockpot Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients: 
1 10 oz package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze excess water out
1 cup ricotta cheese 
3/4 cup grated Parmesan 
3 cups marinara sauce 
6 whole grain lasagna noodles (not no boil)
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese 

Instructions: 
1) In a bowl mix spinach, ricotta, 1/2 cup Parmesan. 
2) In another bowl mix marinara sauce and 1/2 cup water. 
3) spray crockpot with cooking spray. 
4. Pour 3/4 cup sauce on bottom of crockpot. Top with 2 noodles. Top with 3/4 cup sauce, next half the spinach mixture, 1/2 cup of cheese and repeat. 
5. Top with remaining noodles. Next top with remaining marinara sauce. Remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. 
6. Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours. The larger your crock pot the shorter the time.
