October is special to me because this was the month that changed my life and set the pace for what was to come.
After having 3 kids in 4 years I was upset with the way I looked and felt. I had drive and determination but I didn't know what to focus it towards. I knew I needed to get away from processed foods, diet soda and Chick Fila 4 times a week BUT HOW?!
I thought I had it allllll under control with the my fitness pal app, counting calories and trying to figure out how many calories I had to burn to make up for what I had just eaten. Guess what, it didn't work, it wasn't getting me where I wanted to go and better yet, I was still napping when my kids napped and lacking motivation.
