NO time to cook Pork Carnitas
Ingredients:
1.5 pound pork tenderloin
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 up Southwest Seasoning
1 T agave
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
2) Stir to combine and cover meat with broth.
3) Set it and forget it! Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
4) Shred and enjoy!
