Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Are you ready for something super yummy?!  Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Syrup!! This yummy goodness can be used in your coffee or on top of toast, french toast, pancakes, etc!  The possibilities are endless! 


Clean Eating Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients: 
1 cup Pure Maple Syrup 
2 Tbsp almond milk 
1/2 cup canned pumpkin 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp allspice 
1/8 tsp nutmeg 

Directions: 
Combine all ingredients in a blender, I use a nutribullet cup and blend for 30 seconds.  Shake and blend for an additional 10 seconds.  Store in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.  

If you are following the 21 day fix I would count this as 1 tsp
